Mark Estep’s experience in managing all facets of business operations and extensive field knowledge make him a critical component to Bartlett’s continued growth.

Mark Estep began working in the petroleum refining industry while attending college at the University of Kentucky (BS in Mechanical Engineering) and Eastern Kentucky University (BS in Construction Management). Completing projects and turnarounds across various parts of the US and the Caribbean, he gained invaluable field experience. Upon graduating college, Estep joined an industrial engineering firm and continued working on major projects in the petroleum refining industry. Before joining Bartlett Group, Estep was named General Manager of a leading soft-craft provider, specializing in refineries, chemical plants and power plants. He has cultivated relationships and is respected in the industry for his ability to execute projects safely, on time and under budget. Estep’s experience in managing all facets of business operations and extensive field knowledge make him a critical component to Bartlett’s continued growth.
